N.O.C.S Network Operation Center and Customer auto-provisioning System
While focusing on the daily tasks attached to the Network Operation Center of almost every up-to-date satellite service operator, it became clear that the communication between the operator and the customer was taking a huge portion of the available time.
N.O.C.S v1.4.1 is an auto-provisioning system offering an optimized process to save time and eliminate any possible mistakes during the interaction of NOC and customer.
N.O.C.S v1.4.1 uses a predefined process for each task received or sent to the customer (e.g. tasks like new site registration, service change requests, site deactivation etc.).
With the database backend, operations will have a full overview of all data related to any site on its network at any time, this includes:
- Customer data (Name, Address etc.),
- Service type
- Technical information (LAN/MGMT IP address, Site GPS locations, Maritime/Fixed)
- Important dates (Registration, Change requests)
- Hardware type (BUC, LNB, Antenna type)
